Laura joined Dr. Birchfield in December of 2007 bringing her many years of experience in customer service and office management.  She became certified as an audiology assistant in 2009. She has 2 grown children and a 1-year old granddaughter.  lbrown@hearing-specialists.com	Erin joined Hearing Specialists of Northern Michigan in April of 2010.  She brings past experience working in a medical office.  Erin recently relocated back to the area.  She has two children. ewelsh@hearing-specialists.com
