Laura joined Dr. Birchfield in December of 2007.  She brings to Hearing Specialists of Northern Michigan, her many years of experience in customer service and office management.  She has lived in the area for over 14 years. Laura has 2 grown children and a 1-year old granddaughter.  lbrown@hearing-specialists.com	Melissa joined Dr. Birchfield in January of 2008. Having worked in real estate for more than 20 years, she was ready for a change.  She enjoys working with the patients and utilizing her skills in customer service.
